My Virtual Privacy Officer

• Will report to the company owner(s) or designated representative regarding privacy requirements within the company. The company Owner or designated representative will be responsible to ensure privacy requirements are implemented.
  
  
• Will evaluate business procedures involving the collection, retention and sharing of information across a company and between companies, their customers, suppliers and partners to ensure personal information rights are protected and respected.
  
  
• Develop company wide privacy policies and procedures.
  
  
• Provide guidance and assistance in the implementation of information privacy policies and procedures to company owner(s) and management. 
  
  
• Deliver initial privacy training and orientation to company management and employees.
  
  
• Create procedures for the company�s employees and members of the public to submit complaints regarding the organization's privacy policies, procedures, and practices.
  
  
• Provide assistance to company owner(s) and management with ongoing compliance monitoring of all trading partner and business associate agreements, to ensure all privacy concerns, requirements, and responsibilities are addressed.

• Annual salary based on January 2012 median salary base salary of a Privacy Officer in Canada.

• Standard employee soft costs have been included Fractional Rate.

• GST is not included.

• Minimum term is 1 year
