Mybiztech Technologies Inc began providing Information Technology Support services in 2002. Historically, we have provided ad-hoc IT services with or without a Technical Service Agreement. As we grow this model inhibits us from maintaining our high level of customer response and timely service. We are also aware that many of our clients need the dedicated services of an IT Professional in one or more areas of their business, but are unable to hire a Full-Time worker. 

The FRACTIONAL VIRTUAL TECHNOLOGY WORKER service was launched to address this situation and enable companies to TIME SHARE the services they need. By merging the best of two great ideas; the Fractional Employee and Virtual Worker your company gains the combined benefits of both staffing solutions. 

Mybiztech has launched four (4) initial FRACTIONAL VIRTUAL TECHNOLOGY WORKER services.

• My Virtual - TRAMS Database Administrator
• My Virtual - Computer Operations Manager
• My Virtual - Web Developer & Marketing Coordinator
• My Virtual - Privacy Officer

We will continue to add other fractional virtual services. Ad-hoc technology services will continue to be provided, depending upon availability and will scheduled fifteen (15) business days in advance. Emergency Ad-hoc services may be available depending upon availability and will be charged a premium of 2 1/2 times the regular Ad-hoc technology services rate.

• Enables companies to pay a pro-rata (fractional) portion of the full-time salary for a Technology professional to work on a fractional basis.
  
  
• Because virtual workers are independent contractors rather than employees, clients are not responsible for any employee-related taxes, insurance or benefits (except in the context that those indirect expenses that are included in the virtual workers fees). Clients also avoid the logistical problem of providing extra office space, equipment or supplies.
  
  
• Clients pay for 100% productive work, and can work with Virtual Workers, individually, or with multi-Virtual Worker firms to meet their exact needs.
  
  
• Professionals in this business work on a contractual basis and a long-lasting cooperation is standard.
